In regards to all mechanical devices, vehicles and as such motorized, or not , the knowledge and full understanding of their operations and safety procedures are absolutely essential and mandatory without exception to each individual operator regardless or age or gender.

Safety equipment such as a helmets, goggles or safety glasses, gloves, and proper safety attire, must be worn at all times during the operation of any machinery requiring such protection for health and personal safety.

The pre-operation inspection of all equipment must be performed by the individual operator, and or the responsible guardian, and any questionable defects must be remedied immediately, prior to any such operation.

Failure to abide by these guidelines can or may result in serious injury and/or possible death.

Tyls Fabricating Services Ltd. and its staff do not accept any personal or corporate liability for the use and damage resulting from negligence, misbehavior or intentional misuse of any equipment which TFS has worked upon.

All liability for any damages shall remain the sole responsibility of the human being, natural person, corporate person, individual, trustee, parent, or guardian.

To further clarify,

TFS reserves all rights to mitigate all assumpsit verbal and/or written obligations as to implied or real liability, spoken or communicated in any manner including but not limited to all electronic media forms.

TFS also reserves the right to withhold any equipment which could be deemed dangerous to the safety of the public and the safety of an operator.
